Winter Mint Chocolate Cookies

Winter Mint cookies

When we created this recipe, we wanted to pay homage to one of our favorite winter flavors- mint. To us, the sharp, smooth taste of mint brings to mind our coziest thoughts.  Cold winter mornings, the feeling of sitting in front of a fire after coming in from a snow ball fight, or the feeling of cold snowflakes sticking to your face. Common sense told us that adding chocolate to our cozy mint flavor would only amplify it to a better place- a place I personally wanna be  🙂 These Winter Mint Chocolate Cookies are super family friendly and easy enough for even the smallest kitchen helper to lend a hand.
